frame strength?

I have a 1976 CB750 and I wanted to know if anybody has some advice on cleaning up the frame tubes joints...I mean, some of the factory welds on the frame look kind of cheezy. I want to smooth out the joints on the frame with some filler just so it looks cleaner, but I wanna get any welding done before I blast and mud it up.

Ive cleaned up some boogered weld myself.
i just used common sense and shaved about half the dome on the welds. Or shave them down to the tube bring your frame to someone who is an excellent tig welder (someone who takes their time). Let them reweld the old welds and youll have a beautiful frame.
