these are off 72-75 cb750. 82 cb650 spacing is different, you'll need ninja zx900 or zx600e carbs or actual 81-81 cb650 carbs. 80+ cb750 carbs might also fit but if going non cb650 ninja carbs are a cheaper and more user friendly bet.
