Just removed this from the bike as I'm switching to PWK flatslides. The throttle cable is not included. What you see is what you get (carb, 2-1 manifold, rubber manifold, and the hardware to mount the adapter) The rubber manifold needs to be replaced as it has some dry rot to it.
