Hey gang, Im thinking of selling my 75 cb750f Cafe Racer.
As you all know, Its plated and insured, starts on the first kick.

Here's what it looked like when I got it from TinTin:

Here is what it is now:
Trailed to the ship to get Certified:

Custom seat w. zx6 tail light with integrated turn signals:

Here are the details:
- New Spitfire front and back Tires
- New Dyna Electronic Ignition
- New Dyna 5ohm Dyna Racing coils
- Newly rebuilt rear caliper
- Newly rebuilt rear master cylinder
- new rear brake line hose
- newly rebuilt front caliper
- New front and back Speed Bleeders
- Carbs completely disamssemled & rebuilt with new gaskets & Orings.
- Carbs rejetted to: 132 main & 46 Pilots
- New fuel lines
- New OEM carb intake boots
- 70's 4-4 Drag pipes
- New pod filters
- New fork seals & fork oil
- New clutch and throttle cables
- 4 new spark plugs
- 4 new 8.8 taylor spark plug wires
- Lowered 2 inches
- New Telefix tripple adjustable clip-ons
- Custom built metal & reinforced Cafe Racer seat w/ tool kit trunk
- ZX6 rear tail light on custom brackets with integrated turn signals & module
- Rare 70's Kool Grills (not installed yet)
- New battery this season
- New headlight H4 conversion kit w/ kill switch
- New headlight mount
- New bullet front turn signals

LOL...I think I want to start on a new project... not sure yet though.. As much as love the bike, I think I enjoy working on good project better!!.. I have my cb550f that runs perfectly (my main bike that I'll never sell for less than $15,000), now that the cb750f runs and looks exactly how I want, I need a project to keep my sanity...

So I'll let it go, but its not gonna be cheap by our standards!!...I figure some yuppie or mod who's used to seeing $5000 for a Vespa, or some power ranger who is used to seeing $7000 for a bike, will see my asking price of $4000 and wont have a heart attack!!.. LOL!!!

Who knows... Mabe I'll keep it. So far though, Ive recieved 7 emails...so we'll see... ;D

I intendend to single-handedly force the value of our cafe racers through the roof!!.. LOL!!!

a full day after its been on Kijiji & Craigslist with 7 emails inquiring, I spoke to someone this morning who offered $3500 cash and would be willing to pick it up this afternoon with a pick up truck!!..

I told him no...LOL!!!..

then I told him:
"Keep in mind, this bike is NO plastic crotch rocket.
Its big, its heavy, its ugly, its loud, its obnoxious, and its arrogant.
You'll get disapproving looks from the cops and common folk, but you'll get thumbs up from the 1%ers.
This bike is not for the faint of heart"
- or something like that...it didnt come out as poetic as that but then after a wierd moment of silence on the phone, he offers me $3700 and said that he'd take it today w/o even looking at it!!.. LOL!!!!..

I told him that I like the bike more that I like $3700 in my wallet, however, I'd rather have $4000 in my wallet than that bike in the garage behind my car!!!.. LOL!!!

$4500!!!! Next time I sell a bike I'll put a 59 logo on it and paint it flat black, lol. I guess you'll have lots of cash for a cb450 project or some brit iron ;D

OK...Its April 08 and I just have to many projects on the go.
I need to get rid of a bike so Ive decided to relist this one again.
I want to bring the Commando home & finish off the cb450.

Since Dec 07, I've added:

- cb1100f rear shocks
- 4-1 race headders into an open turn-out exhaust
- DEI Headder wrap & Silicone wrap paint
- POR-15 Tank treatment
- Hayabusa front master cylinder
- Steel braided hose to brake switch
- newly polished sprocket cover

Near future plans before the bike gets delivered
- install new 18 tooth front sprocket from 17 (to give it more hwy gearing)
- install newly polished shifter cover
- install newly polished stator cover
- install new magnetic oil drain plug & gasket

It will come certifed!!

Actually, I just got my hands on another cb750f tank, Black, (not matte), just professionally finished with the badge holes covered & Por-15 treated that will go on this bike now...

Where are you finding all these tanks? Let me know if you find another one.
