I have to 2 1/2 ft spike strips for sale. These are used by riveting the spike strips to the bottom of a seat pan, you then wrap your seat covering of choice over them and then fold down the spikes on the spike strips to hold the seat covering in place. I used a similar set for a custom seat build of my own.
