fuel in right pod filter?

Guy's just got my 74 360 running but my idle will not stay constant and i just noticed that fuel is leaking out of my right pod filter. I know my problem is with the carbs but where should I start?

I'd guess that the needle/seat has some trash on it, or the float is sticking on that side.
