gas tank advice

I Like the gas tanks I see on the http://heiwa-mc.jp/ bikes. I'm pretty sure nothing coming off the shelf like that. I'd like to put a really small, low capacity tank on my CL project. Moped tanks seem to be a bit too short, but kinda the right shape. Looking for something around 16" long. Any ideas where I might start looking for something like that?

That could be done with by cutting the bottom 2 inches off a r5/rd tank and building a new floor
