Hi, found this site after looking for tips on building a single seat and I must say its the best "cafe" site on the net!! My stead is a butchered 86 Honda GB400, the original seat was taken off and sold by its previous owner :'( and he made up a ridiculous looking bobber type seat. He also painted the motor black and cut off heaps of mounting lugs grrrrrr. still it was cheap and im already working on a single seat for it and a mechanic says the motor sounds sweet.
Once the seat is done i'll post some pics. im also after advice on a color scheme for it so any suggestions greatly appreciated.
ps i have just bought a manual for it which apparently are pretty rare so if anyone wants info just ask. Cheers,
Terry

Welcome to DTT!

I know you said you'll post pics after the seat, but can you jump the gun and post a few as-is? We thrive on photos!
