G'day from Oz - CB750FZ / BSA C15

G'day all - Thought I'd better introduce myself - I've been longing here for a few weeks


Anyway, on to the bikes...


A few years ago i bought a few buckets of bits ....

And built myself a bike....

Its a 1963 BSA C15 - I paid the princely sum of $400, spent about $1k and got it looking nice enough to sell again (Never got to ride it .... damn)


I also had a Trumpy 955i Sprint RS (Quite rare here in Oz i found out ...)

And my latest toy is a 1980 CB750FZ ....

Yep, it really is as bad as it looks .... possibly worse ...

Some stripping down and some paint ....

and it currently looks like this .....


well, its in a LOT less pieces today, but pending a few missing parts (like working carbs) it is jut about ready for assembly / registration ....

nice job on the BSA & like what you are doing to the CB-hilda...is that a falcon green your doing, mate looking at the bricks of your joint as I can't see any reg plates..where are you NSW ?

Thanks - The Green is actually Mitsubishi Daintree green - just for something different ...


Good guess on NSW - I'm actually Central Coast ...


What you cant see is the 1950 Austin A50 Cambridge sitting in the garage, (Another day . . . )


Sold the BSA to the President of the NS Classic Motorcycle club - sitting in a shed in Coolah !
