I bought this CB350 off CL recently for cheap and have fixed/finished some of the mechanical stuff but i still have some learning about getting it running right. It's got mikuni carbs. The motor does not start with the choke engaged. Without the choke engaged, the motor starts first or second kick. It will idle poorly for a few seconds then die out. If I open the throttle or mess with the air screw much the bike dies as well. There's exhaust coming out of both cylinders, although it feels a little bit stronger coming out of the right cylinder.
Here is a video of me starting it up:

They've been on the bike for at least three years. I'm not sure their history as there have been quite a few owners. I'm going to check the rubber carb mounts and exhaust for leaks.
The 2-1 exhaust on it wasn't sitting properly in the engine. I swapped the exhaust for some stock headers and shorty mufflers. I am thinking that the left cylinder/carb is running okay. The right side is running weak. If i give it over 1/3 throttle the bike dies and white smoke (fuel vapor i'd guess) puffs out of the velocity stacks on the carb. I'm guessing that means the float or needle is stuck.
