Getting rid of stock switches on a cb

so i have a 74 cb450k7. i am only running a head light and a tail light (no clickers and no horn). but my question is how do i completely get rid of the stock switches? i want to just have my head light come on when the ignition is on and as for the run/off switch i want to put in some sort of toggle. and then for the push start button i will just get a push button. for the toggle and the push start button i want to set it up so that it is all in between my handlebar clamps. i hope this makes sense because i have spent a lot of time looking at the schematics of the bike and it seems that the 9 wires that are going to the throttle side switch is what is causing me the trouble. and help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Wow. Wherever you live, they must be really slack about the safety inspections. Why get rid of all the switches, anyway?

www.denniskirk.com has plenty of smaller universal switches along with ebay. Also, you can hook up an automotive relay that turns off your low beam when you press the "start" button.

Out of the 9 wires now, maybe half will be able to get cut out if you remove the turn signals/horn

Dirt bike master cylinder/throttle assembly. Emgo universal horn/start button will fit on the bar or the frame rail under the seat. On-off-on toggle should be $10 or so at the auto parts store.

If it was my build, I'd delete the front brake entirely, run a motion pro throttle assembly, the start button and toggle. Or plumb a rear master to run the front brakes, linked off the foot pedal. Pain in the butt, yet some people want clean bars and functional front brakes.
