OK, Bill Gates worked his ass off buying, pirating and 'stealing' software,
I'm pretty sure there isn't a single billionaire who did manual labor for more than an hour or two after 18~20. Exploiting 'the system' and screwing people over is the quickest way to make money, you can be a 'nice guy' and give some away after your near the top

Hard work isn't always manual labor.
You can't make real money doing manual labor period

The point is, the people doing the actual manual work are not only under appreciated but often treated as parasites.
The business owner story is a typical example
My wife has MBA and still believes minimum wage to be a bad thing.
In some cases it may be but you'll never get the best out of people if you really believe they are only there to screw you over.
Of course, there are a minority who do - including EVERYONE online screwing around on various sites instead of 'working' at their paid job (and no, I've never done that)
