New guy from New Zealand. Road bike is a stock-ish Triumph Street Triple R, I have a Honda VFR400 track bike, and have finally cleaned up the shed enough that I am looking for a project. Something simple (yes, I know) and single cylinder. I have enjoyed reading some build threads and clearly there are many knowledgeable and talented folk here. So, uh, yeah. Thanks for having me.

I really like those little bikes. But I won't buy from the guy that sells them here.

Thinking something tracker-y and based on an XL500 at this point: cheaper registration, lots of parts etc. I do have a spare VFR400 swingarm but I dont think I would follow the guy here or on bike exif that did that.
