Hey dudes (and chicks),

I am thinking about swapping out the grips on the CL when I put the torazzi clip-ons on it and I want to know what you guys like. I want something vintage-y but I don't like the stock CL grips. What are some of your favs... and more importantly where do you get them. I am kinda liking more of a Amal style grip... and I like the idea of something without a flange... or a smaller flange.

Let me know what you like.

Woodie:

I used regular Tomeselli grips on my cafe. It's probably the riding position, but I find that my hands go numb after about 20 minutes. I wish my grips were a little thicker. On the CB360, I used these:

I was looking at those Chris, on ebay... great price... I might have to give them a try.

I've got a set of these on the 400. Haven't ridden it yet, but they feel pretty comfy for having so much weight on my hands. I got mine from Mike's

I recently ebayed a pair of NOS Magura Surgical rubber grips. You can find Tommaselli replicas and even some NOS on ebay. I just looked and saw a pair but they have the shoulders (which can easily be snipped off)

Magura grips are the only ones I ride with.
Impossible to ride with without gloves because the last time i did it tore callouses off my hands

As always I try to use period correct P&A. Here's a pair of old gum rubber grips:
