I am thinking about swapping out the grips on the CL when I put the torazzi clip-ons on it and I want to know what you guys like. I want something vintage-y but I don't like the stock CL grips. What are some of your favs... and more importantly where do you get them. I am kinda liking more of a Amal style grip... and I like the idea of something without a flange... or a smaller flange.
I used regular Tomeselli grips on my cafe. It's probably the riding position, but I find that my hands go numb after about 20 minutes. I wish my grips were a little thicker. On the CB360, I used these:
I recently ebayed a pair of NOS Magura Surgical rubber grips. You can find Tommaselli replicas and even some NOS on ebay. I just looked and saw a pair but they have the shoulders (which can easily be snipped off)
