Gruth's 650 CB Brat project

Hi,
I haven't made a lot on the bike those last weeks,
the back loop has been closed with a steel plate, the central frame stiffener has been moved down, it was clashing with the seat.
The seat is still under progress, but will be soon finished.

HI!!
Here are news from France...
Seat is now finished.
I put a 10mm foam with net on the green foam to give a nice and clean form to te seat.
Than, with my brother and an other friend, we have installed the skai.
These part has been prepared by an other friend, based on my drawings.
We used an air dryer to make the skai a bit softer and remove all visible foldings.
I'm really happy with the finish product. I just think that my but will less like it, because the seat looks hard. I did not try it until now.
Here are some pictures.

I still have some paintjob to do on the frame and on the tank, and some electricity.
After that, I will use the bike like this for this season.
Next winter, I will change front light, speedometer.

I can't wait to drive it !!!!

please let me now how you find it...

Hi, I'm back !!!
here are some pictures from my bike that has been finished and driven all this season.
The tank has been painted with a blue hamered paint, and I have cut the tank logos in a 3mm alu sheet.
I only used a hacksaw and a file to do it.
I hope you will like it.
