Handle bars

What is the difference between Clubman Handle bar and Separate Handle Bars.
In Japan, attached picture is called Separate Handle Bars. ???

Clubmans mount like traditional handlebars in the existing clamps, and put you in the same positition as what you're calling Separate Handle Bars, which are commonly referred to as 'clip-ons' because they 'clip-on' to the actual fork-tubes, putting you in a low riding position.

These I believe these are dual adjustable by Telefix, or a pretty good knock offs.
Im looking for another 35mm set. I have a brand new Tommaselli dual adjustables that I'd be willing to trade..
