Just getting everyones thoughts on their build. What a wonderful job they did. Not one thing I would change minus adding lighting to it. Currently on Ebay.

Also add fork brace. That front brake line hitting the front tire ain't too cool either.....

Also, to register and ride in NJ, needs signals.

so much effort into looking nice, less effort into making it safe and easy to ride....

I was all over this when I seen it as I have my own 450 and like the bike... Cool bike and I like it overall.

According to everything I can find to read about it it does say it HAS turn signals at least for the rear. Although it can't really be seen it must be hidden.

Such a nice bike and for being up for sale world wide through eBay they didn't put much effort into "selling" it... Nice pictures, all 6 of them that are the exact same everywhere you can find it. No detailed pictures, no videos, not much in a description as far as details go and everywhere it can be found is just copied and pasted from somewhere else... So little public information for such an awesome bike... What a shame.

They also mounted the Avon tyre on the front wrong. It should be the other way around. No attention to detail which is a shame as a little bit of that and it goes from looking nice to a ridable bike.

This is the much of the present day gestalt... Don't worry about ridability. the front tire looks better on backwards, so put in on that way.....

The bike is a wonderful piece of art....not so hot as a ride-able motorcycle.....

hope who ever buys it knows enough to correct the dangerous stuff like the brake line etc before they ride it.

Worst part? It's SOOOO close to righteous. Not like so many bikes that are built purely to show off or get folks to buy your $50 t-shirt. Hopefully someone gets it for a stealnand actually fixes it's issues.

the front brake line is not "dangerous" it is impossible to be so, with the direction of rotation of the wheel it is just gonna skip way from the tire of course in 5000 miles it may wear thru but that bike will never be ridden anywhere but to the coffe shop,or instagram store and back
BUT what kind of complete idiot does all that work and leaves such a glaring detail ,unfixed? a simple nylon lined guide dealy would be sooo easy and not make the builder look like a stupid fucker
the velocity stacks are all show, with the restriction of those screens down inside, top-end hp is gonna take a hit

Hey guys...thanks for the great comments on our CB450, especially xb33bsa ;-) We did leave a couple of details unattended prior to the photo shoot for Iron & Air...being our first one and all, I was extremely nervous and rushed. The front fender and the backwards tire were embarrassing to say the least, but have since been rectified. We just didn't have the fender completed in time for the shoot...

All in all though - we're pretty happy with how she turned out, and appreciate all the input we have gotten. Be on the lookout for our next build, a 1971 CB750.

Hey glad you chimed in that you knew and fixed the little things that were keeping the bike from being 100%. It would have been a shame to leave it at 95% finished. Winning bidder is going to get a nice bike.

Cheers and welcome to DTT post the next build when you can.
