Has anyone successfully rejetted a 2-stroke carb for a 4-stroke?

I have an old set of Mikuni VM24-26 carbs which came off a Yamaha YDS-3C (I believe). The YDS had an automix oil system and the carb bodies don't have any 2-stroke specific oil holes, so the bodies should be the same as a 4-stroke carb. I'm thinking switching to a bleed type needle jet should work but I'll defer to the wisdom of someone with more experience. No idea what size jet to start with, any ideas?

Worse comes to worst I'll eBay them and get some Keihin PE24's but new stuff is pricey and I'm a cheap bastard.

Bodies are the same, there may be a spigot on intake side for oil pipe, you can remove it and tap 5mm for a vacuum adapter.
Primary bleed emulsion tubes use different jet thread
You need to say what your fitting them to for jetting?

Ive got a VM36 sitting around that Ive decided to use on my chopper project. Its got that intake side hole plus the enrichment circuit is blocked off. Came from a racing snomobile I believe. Should be fun

They are theoretically going on a CB175. Motor and pipes are stock for now but will eventually have a little porting done and maybe a size up on the intake valves. It doesn't look like there are any spigots for oil on the carbs.
