heated workshop to share with cafe racer

oak ridges north of toronto .......will share my workshop till march ......125 a month
yep it has some heat ....yep i have welding gear ..workbench vice lathe ..drill press .grinder sanders drills
handtools by the score ..compressor and painting gear .....
if you want that cafe done for spring and no place to work properly
you get floor space for your bike and parts use of tools and equipment
i also expect you to provide your own consumables ie sandpaper paint filler rods ect
i expect ...make a mess clean a mess
i expect .. you use it ...you pay for it .....i dont expect to profit off you though if you use the torch often
gasses cost .....mig wire and gas cost .....lathe tools cost .....
i expect you to enjoy your time and your project i will help if i can expect the same in return
i have 40 yrs industrial experiance as a welder/fitter /mechanic .......
i also do alot of metal forming and machining .........
i will permit limited use of my computer (to order parts ) the house washroom is avb and coffee can be had too

Now that is a hell of a deal, and a very generous offer. If I didn't have an understanding girlfriend who's letting me work on the bike in the spare bedroom, and space at work for the cutting, grinding, welding etc, I'd definately take you up on the offer.
