Hi guys, I'm based in UK just getting started on my long-term Moto Guzzi V50 Mk2/3 cafe project. My dad was kind enough to donate the bike to me (he bought a V-Rod :
), its mechanically sound but cosmetically tired. The list of things to do seems huge.
This will be my second project bike, my last one I built a very custom Suzuki Bandit with GSXR 750 engine etc etc. Unfortunately I didnt invest the time in it that it needed, got pissed off with it breaking down continuously and broke it for parts. Mistake! I'm a big fan of oil cooled suzukis, but the Guzzi is fantastic .
Haven't been on the road on it yet, will wait til its finished for that. I've started work today and I think it will take a few years, I'm in no rush at all. I want to do it right this time! Fortunately I have a 99 GSX 750 Inazuma as my daily bike (which will be a minimal fighter muscle project one day)
