I apparently joined years ago and didn't know it till I tried to register a new account, I lurk and lust here alot and have finally got me something to attempt a cafe bike out of.
As mentioned I am in Florida, not as sunny as usual due to the little tropical storm we have going on, just rain and wind right now.
I am very new to older air cooled bikes but have been playing with sport bikes, mainly nekked bikes and streetfighters for quite a few years. Kinda getting the bug for something different and traded a gsxr 7/11 I was building for a 1974 cb360 and a 1980 gs550, not to sure on my plans for the Suzuki but have a decent idea on the cb.
Just want to say hello and complement everyone here for such a great, informative forum that I will be spending alot of time on and hopefully not asking to many questions to clue ya'll what an idiot I really am :-[. Well here are the 2 bikes, havent done much but kinda take stock of what the cb needs, saving the Suzuki for my next project.
Right now electrical seems to be my biggest problem for it to run, the Suzi runs and rides.
