Just wanted to drop in and say hello
I,m in the process of building a xs400 and i also have a ironhead bobber project on the go.
looking forward to meeting some of you guys and doing some runs this year

here is a few
the XS400 i,m just starting
this is the stock bikes with Tank and seat removed
still got to cut off the back and weld in a loop.
not doing a full rebuild on this bike this year.
just the basic to get it into shape then do a full rebuild next winter
when my HD is off the table.

here is the 75 Ironhead
I got this thing all chromed up with fat boy tank etc..
tore into it and changed it to this

was not happy with the look
and wanted something more 70s bobber (brit style)
its now on the table and looks like this

Still want to repleace the front end with a smaller springer or girder if i can get my hands on one..

but thats what i,m working on.. after these two i think i,m going to look for a Norton or a trump..
