Well, I got he bug. Picked up a 1972 cb35o for too much $$$ but I got tired of looking and now I have somehting to work on. Anyways, I haven't had the bike a week yet and it's amazing how much i've learned so far. Having bikes since 1994 and now i'm learning more about the bike "internals". Anyways, the bike came with a stainles steel seet cowl that i'll probably use. Bike has spark, but tank was clogged with rust. Also found I need a diaphragm for one of the carbs. Should be up and running soon though.

Uh, so whatever posessed you to get an old 350 when you have those 2 other rides in your stable?

look of the cafe racer's has just grown on me. plus it would be a nice mellow ride, something to really relax on. and, my wife hates the back seat on the r6.

At least you'll have a working bike to ride once the frustration sets in from all mechanical gremlins you'll encounter!
