Hello from Montreal, Canada

Having recently purchased my 1977 CB750K and reading the camaraderie that exists here, I felt that I had to join in the fun.
It all began last fall when I took a co-worker’s Cafe Racer out for a short ride and have to admit that I was really impressed, I mean really really impressed. My first thought was WOW I haven’t had so much fun riding in a long time. Second thought was I have to get me one of these as it was so easy for me to get wrapped up in the experience that I lost all sense of what's happening around me.
Well it wasn’t long after I found and made an offer on a CB750K7 that I just couldn’t turn down. Now the transformation into a cafe racer begins.......
First is put together a "to do" list and any suggestions/hints would be appreciated. Also when the mods begin, i will start yet another build thread.

Cheers from the Great White North (aka Montreal, Canada)

Welcome! I'm in Toronto, where it's not quite as cold but we complain like it is.

You should chime in on this thread - another Canadian thinking about moving from Victoria to Montreal: http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=45431.0
