First Timer in Cafe Racer Build

Just found this great site, as sittin around and chasing inspiration for my next project, a XS500 -76.
Probably ends up as a cafe racer.
Well, a few words about me, Patrik, soon 45 year old, living with my family in Gothenburg, Sweden. Working at Volvo IT as business analyst. Freetime is mostky spent in the garage
In the middle of rebuild a XJ 600 -84 to a cafe racer. Handmade tank, cuts, hugger and saddle (never bent metal before).
Thought my XJ should been ready this summer, but a lot of other things seems to steel my time...
Got another 2 bikes to ride ... a Yamaha xvs 650 Dragstar for slow and relaxing tours and a Triumph Daytona T595 for trackdays.
