Hi everyone!
Name is David, From originally Seattle WA. Retired and live at Chiang Mai, Thailand. Spent most of life working for and Racing Mercury Outboards. So I grew up with 2T Engines... Can make them run! Now in my spare time I have shop where we design and Build Custom and Exotic Adult Bikes (Toys) 2 and 4T powered.

I am looking for (Complete) a Honda C95 engine and a Honda CL175 engine both electric start and in fair to good shape no blown pistons or cracked blocks if they turn over by hand and are complete (with carbs and Exhaust headers I would be very much interested!
Either leave message and detailed pics here or PM me...

I have a personal toy that I run around town in it is a combination of many bike parts. Originally it was built as "Hard Tail" I have since change the rear to use a Honda NSR complete rear fork assembly including disc brake. When originally built I used a personal bike Yamaha Y80 Belle. So Serial on Head tube, engine serial and License all matched Legal Registration. I have since swapped engines to gain more cc's and electric start. (Easy to submit Engine change to get Registration to match). Through friends at Suzuki/Thailand I was able to snatch a Modified Engine Cylinder that they had bored and sleaved to 128-130cc's and Head to raise compression to 11-5 to 1. All of this included a custom Piston and rings to complete list (Originally engine was a RC110 from a Suzuki Crystal) Exhaust was opened up to fit Suzuki 250cc tube/expansion/can and Stinger! this gave us an easy way to dial in jetting. I was told to increase auto oil injection because of increased compression and to help cool cylinder and head.

All of this is in a semi-junior style Chopper/Bobber look, Final gearing we were looking for was around town cruising at 1900-2500 rpm 20-30 mph. sound from exhaust is a deep bare tone, no one is complaining what ever time in morning or how late at night I go get... whatever (Beer), So where I am at now is a charging issue as crystal was designed to charge at 11 VDC @ 2400 rpm and full charging at 13 VDC @ 3500 rpm. I am not running bike on Super Highway so I don't see this, Bike will wind to 7400 - 8000 rpm where geared and if I change have done an easy 11,000.... (But the police know I am coming :) high pitch scream and smell of Castrol/110 Avgas.... We did gearing and jetting @ Air Force (Thai) runway... Had plenty of Help!! Everyone was amazed at what could be done to a recycled engine. We also in the process using 95 octane cleaned up emissions 20 points! They were going to start banning 2T engines here to clean-up Emissions, I was running cleaner then 2014 4T bike! (Notice exhaust header size...Went from stock 7/8" OD tube to 1.25" ID)
