Came here in the hopes of taking my custom bikes up a notch and getting back into the twisties.
I've ridden about 7 years ago for 3 years, then picked up another bike last year to begin my collection.
On a really blisteringly hot June 28th I took my Magna up Big Cottonwood canyon too quickly and went through a blind corner too fast, lowsiding my left, hitting the exhaust on a rock which flipped me over the right side and down the cliff. I suffered a broken clavicle in 3 places, had surgery and a nifty titanium plate added with 7 screws, and sat at home for a month contemplating life. I couldn't live happily without getting back into the saddle, so here I am.
As of now I currently have these bikes:

The magna has been plagued with carb issues, and refuses to run right. I will begin the disassemble later this week weather permitting. Have done a bit of work since the wreck including a shoddy paint job which I plan to correct
The CL175 is the first bike I've bought that didn't run when I bought it. Currently tuned up and running, however is plagued by top end sputtering at open throttle. Methinks that velocity stacks will get me back up some canyons reliably. Once running great a frame off clean up and paint job is in order. I also have an issue with the relocated tail light bracket. Damn thing wiggled so much it folded in half and fell off. Have a replacement tail light on order but will be mounting it behind the seat instead of off to the side.
