HELP! Chance to trade for 2 RD 400's!

I just got a 1985 Interceptor 500 and a 1988 Ninja 750. Both need a little TLC. I just got them the other day and already have a chance to trade them for 2 RD 400's! Guy says one is running and in decent shae the other is almost ready for safety. They look alright.

Should I go for the deal? I didn't pay anything for these bikes. I traded them for 2 somewhat rough CB 360 projects. What do you guys think? Jump at it or fix up the somewhat rare 80's plastic sport bikes?
