Help Identify This Tank Bag Please

I found a tank bag that I want for my bike...only problem is that I cannot find any information about it. It might be a custom job and I haven't seen anything like it before. Very vintage looking, but with a hard bracket mounted directly to the gas tank.

I found it in the free motorcycle picture magazine called Stay True, issue number 3: http://issuu.com/truebikerspirit/docs/st3

If you've seen something like this before or have any information about how I can buy/make one of these, I would really appreciate it!

That's a tank-mounted luggage rack and a leather briefcase tied down to it.
For example: http://nfieldgear.com/enfield-store/aftermarket-parts-accessories/luggage/tank-top-rack.html

Edit: Didn't realize that link wasn't a bolt-on rack, but you get the idea. Vintage and classic shops should be able to find you one; ebay is likely your best friend. Guarantee Indian-made ones for Enfields abound.

That particular bag looks to be mounted on an old bonnie (many of which had tank racks. For a leather bag like that, look on army surplus websites for old map cases. Some armies of the world used leather bags like that for maps and other stuff.

Close, but not quite. Bonnies didn't have the parcel grids on the tanks, they came on TR6's and 6T's and a few other models. There was a guy at British in the Blueridge that was selling hand made bags that fit the parcel grids perfectly. My mom picked one up for her '61 Speed twin. I'll ask her if she got a biz card from him.

But heres a Triumph parcel grid;
