Hey from southern IN

I've always ridden sport bikes but never felt at home with them if that makes sense.

I love the cafe racer look and came across a 79 CB750 with 8k miles for a really good price. I know the SOHC bikes are easier to do but I wanted to give it a shot anyway.

A couple days ago I came across this site and really like what the members are doing. Glad to be here!

Glad to have ya! There are a few other dohc750's bumpin around here so you ought to find all the help ya could need...
I'm a sohc guy myself, but that's just because it's the bike I found! Roll what ya got!

Yeah, I've seen a few really nice DOHC 750s on here that were done very well.

All the SOHC bikes were really nice and expensive or they were junk and had no title. I'm too impatient to wait for something to pop up.


What seat is on your 350? Looks good man!

My mistake, must have misread something. It looks good!

Yes, I have one. I was just going to restore it to the way it came but decided not to.

Right now, I'm just buying up parts it needs. When everything gets here and I start, I will post up.
