I am from tijuana/San Diego.. i just wanted to register in this forum so i can share how is it gonna the process for rebuilding and customizing my 1978 suzuki gs550.. i got it from my dad the bike is pretty mess up but with a very good engine on it... i am interested in turn it into a bobber.. ill hope i can get some help from some of you guys, thank you and read you around...

That said, welcome to DTT vdub. Post up some pictures of your project, or even better... Start a build thread. I'm a BIG bobber/chopper fan myself. Even (very slowly) building an XS650 chopper as we speak. If I can lend a had in any way, just let me know.

Welcome to the site Vdub. For any technical info, check out the GSResources - they are pretty rough to folks making bobs / chops sometimes, but are a smart group.
