I've never seen a purple CB450, I really don't think they were ever painted that colour. Having said that, the 1973 CB350 was available in Iris Purple Metallic.

Site has good list of information about all the honda models, The 450s never got purple but I would say that the stripe is correct.

DrJ has it, the last year of the 350 got it, only one it looks like.

If you are looking to repaint it that color go to your local paint supply store and they can put a reader on it and mix the exact color to match. Frome my understanding there iswnt any formulas for mixing motorcycle colors.
