Hey, new CX500 owner

Hey everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself. I started working on a 1980 CX 500 back in October. I have it completely apart and am working on a few projects before I do paint and start putting the thing back together. Up until now I have been getting help from the guys over at the CX500forum.com site, but I figured I could use another resource. Seems like there a lots of great projects and ideas here. Anyway, more to come...

Welcome champ. I run two CX's too (well one's running at the moment) and am also a member of that site, plus the australian one (www.australiancx.asn.au).

Had a quick look at your blog and love what you're doing there, especially all the polished parts. That seat though, I've been waiting to see someone build a seat like that. The frame always lent itself to something along those lines. Well done.

Chuck up a build thread here when you get a chance. Can you send me a PM with a link when you do as well cause stuff gets easily lost around here.
