hobbies outside of the lifestyle?

awhile back i found a huge spider at work. when our ten thousand and two eyes meet, the spider came up on its back 4 legs like the ferrari horse i inturn laced him with spray glue. while the glue set i watch him die in the same manner as he watched every bug he ever ate diedJustinLonghorn said:
Jumping out of airplanes used to be my #1 hobby. I've been jumping since 1992 and I've taught a heck of alot of people to skydive. Nothing like strapping a terrified person you've never met to your chest and jumping out of an aircraft and hoping they won't freak out on you. 
Now it's mostly tooling up my garage and working on bikes, computers, and whatever machines I take a liking to.

I have had a few hobbies over the years, but the ones that have stuck with me are gardening and cooking. The motorcycle thing doesn't leave any spare time or money for mucking around with airplanes, boats, or whatever.
When I have some time to spare, which isn't often, I like to pack my luggage on the bike and head out for a 2 or 3 week long bike trip.
Oh, and being chased around the kitchen table by the neighbor lady once in a while...

Mashing is done inside and I do multi generation distillations rather than using a doubler.

One time I had to work on a Car from outta state. it sat in my parents yard for a week before I had time, long story short I was under this car and my buddy run upstairs and comes back with this glass bowl. Out of the corner of my eye see him put it upside down on the floor. When I come up for air I ask him what and why made him feel the need to bother my mother for bowl. Speechless he points behind me. I witness under glass the biggest (should be in a zoo) tarantula I've ever seen. its sitting under a upsidedown glass bowl. I grabbed a axe and with the blunt end i beat a dent in the concrete that the monster occupied. So now I was in trouble with my dad for busting the floor, in trouble with my mom for putting a axe through her bowl. my buddy is pist ta boot because I killed his new hell beast...the moral of the story....spiders are good for nothing and only bring suffering. Until the end of time I will lay waste to every one I see, in the most painful way I can think of.

I like to spend my free time with my lady and our pup. I have a couple old vws that keep my attention. I love to cook also, I actually went to culinary school. Right now my life pretty much consists of school, work, girl, hobbies. In that order lol

I suck at fishing, but I am great at piloting the boat or canoe to just the right spot for my girls to catch the shit outa them. ;D
I love all things bang and twang, and used to do a lot of bird-hunting before my back blew-out. Love me some good dogs! 8)
Got in to long range rifle for a while. Used to love to wilderness camp, but I think I will settle for trailer camping now. : I refuse to camp on 4th of July, Labor day, or Memorial day weekends. I camp to get away, not stay outside with a drunken mob.
Spent a large part of my misspent youth training in the martial arts. Was in the hang-gliding club in college, wish I had done a lot more of that. I Do a lot of home improvement stuff out of necessity. Although it takes me 4 to 6 times as long as it should.
My Dad was a Certified Executive Chef, so cooking is a "cradle language" I cook two or three meals a day. That is necessary because I am spending all my time now caring for my Mom who has Emphysema and Dementia, along with a recent heart surgery.
I used to play Saxophone, and have tried a few times to learn guitar. Maybe the next time it will "take". :-[
