Re: I hesitate but.......

Thank you gents, you've made my week!
I have to admit, I've gone from dreading the task to looking forward to it.
Just a teaser here, but it looks like things are shaping up quite nicely.
We'll have some pretty neat suspension tech articles, a good dose of history, some event coverage, more boobies I'm sure and who knows what else.
One thing I'm working out is a contest for some small swag-ish items, nothing too big because I don't have a bunch of cash to throw around, but some nice bits. The first one will likely be a photo caption contest. Simple rules, basically whomever's caption makes me smile or laugh loudest wins.

I am pleased by the reception, I was a little worried....those who know me know that I don't pull punches, I don't hold back and I don't candy coat stuff.
(Unless we're talking about Triumph-Panties Girl.......)
Those who don't....well, they either pick up on it or bail. Whatever....

Still cant think of a "name" for the crap I write that you post (for some "god only knows" reason) though. Haha.

Ahhhhhhhh - so now I know what a blog is :-[ - not sure how it works yet, but I have joined / signed up whatever.

I'll ask one of the kids to show me how to work it over the weekend.

I am remiss in having not yetmentioned that our own Hoofhearted has also agreed. I admit I'm a little nervous trying to interview (something I only did once in college...and that was a stripper) anyone, much less guys with this kind oh history and relevance to what we all aspire to.

Lee - I'm honoured to be asked and have no problem being interviewed - as long as you don't expect me to take my clothes off !!

I've been on both sides of the microphone / camera in my life.

Highlights for me were making an official interview [ twice ] with Carroll Shelby, and then Sir Jack Brabham [ all 3 were film interviews.]

Actually the GOOD bits are the ones they leave on the cutting room floor [ edit suite I guess these days ].
Like when Carroll was asked about a particular car he raced at Le Mans ..........."That was a bag of shit "......... A World Class sports car manufacturer would NOT be amused if that had gone to air.l

Since I'm here.....Bj got your envelope in the mail yesterday and ordered the material. Will get to,cutting ASAP. If any questions come up I'll drop you a line but I don't see any issues after glancing at your drawing.
