seems to work well, I had a "notchy" feeling and found the lever inside the case was hitting the chain guard in there, not sure what changed in the geometry to allow that but in the end I just took the chain guard off, cut a little bit out where it was interfering and that went away. All told the lever still feels pretty heavy to me, not really worse than I remember before the change to clip ons, but pretty heavy over all. Maybe that's just the way the 500 is gunna be.
