Welcome man,
You can definitely make your bike more "cafe" like,
some low bars, lose the unnecessary things (side covers etc) and either build or a buy a seat and get to work!
WOrk with what you've got, thats pretty much how it goes.

thanks a lot man, id like to start making some changes to my bike by the " clubmans" ? "handlebars" ? sry for my lack of vocab but i dont know how you call it in english, anyways, here some pictures of what im talking about, ( btw these are the ones that i really love) i wonder whether i have to manufacture it myself or buy one of this type cuz ive been looking for these designs or models ( here im Perú) and i havent found any, people told me that i have to do it myself or create it.
some pictures of what i want. ( metal thing that is used to turn left or right xD! )

"Handlebars" is the right word. Clubmans are a type of handlebar.
go to dimecitycycles.com, they have a good selection and can ship there!

i just saw the handlebars and they are like awesome O_O ill try to get one of those.
got another question, is it possible to change the front brake? as you can see, it is a drum brake, ive been thinking about replacing it for a mechanical disc brake, drum at the back and mechanical disc at the front.
i will try to upload some real photos of my bike so that you can see what needs to be done, and why not, give me some advice :D

Yes you can change the front brake, I'd stay away from mechAnical disk. Personally I'd just set up the front drum properly and not worry about it, looks better anyway! Unless you're going to e stopping hard a lot the drum should be okay, especially on a 125.

And agreed dingo in Juan, he made a way cool little bike out of a modern 125. He's in Mexico City I believe.

okas dokas, thanks a lot man, and about the front brake....i just thought that it might look...."better", but if you say that it should work just fine, its ok with me :D
im gonna check Juan' build so that i can get some ideas for my bike xD!
and sry to bother you, but im totally lost, i know nothing about bikes, its just that i really love this cafe racers, theyre coooool ^^!

Hey Calver!
