not sure which forum to put this in, not exactly sure what im building - but its not a standard vf so i guess its a special? maybe?
im sure a Mod can move it easily if it doesnt fit in here? ???
i actually happened upon this project by chance, i was on my facebook when a friend posted a picture of some parts that were at one of those prices you think would be silly to not buy, you dont really need or want the bike, but at that price your head tells you, you should
so i ended up with this
after i exchanged the cash i stood looking at it all boxed up and loading it into my car thinking 'why have i bought this?'
started to make some sense of what was here and decided id only need the frame and engine
there was no tank, and these are pretty rare over here, so i couldnt find a spare. a trip to a local bike breaker and i had a look at a couple different ones and reckoned the cbr400 would do the job, and it does, looks like it was made for it too
the original subframe had to be tidied up, so that was chopped off and i made a new one
to fit a tz750 seat to
and thats where its at, right now. no idea where it will head. just making it up as i go along
