They should be caged.
Pretty sure they are 3/16"
I'm 'almost certain' the one in the center is 1/4"
The caged bearing is probably still available from Honda ( if you cross reference it)

Thanks for the quick reply! I think my actuator might be toast, I tried some new bearings and still not luck. The actuator has some deep grooves in it.
I had a similar problem with my 360 a month ago or so and ended up replacing the entire actuator. If the ramps are worn or the actuator wiggles at all in the cover It'll be a nightmare to adjust it if at all. I'd suggest just replacing it and save yourself some time and head to wall contact.
