Honda cb750k

This may be in the wrong forum, if so I can move it. I'm checking out a Honda cb750k for $450(http://huntsville.craigslist.org/mcy/5053602470.html) tomorrow. I'm new to motorcycles and have been planning on getting a project bike for some time now. I'd like to get some advice from people on the forum on whether or not the price is right and specific things to look for when looking at it. Thanks. If I do buy it, I will be posting updates on its progress.

Personally there are so many bikes out there that have titles I only buy titleless bikes for spare parts. This is over priced for not running, and not titled.

If this is your first bike build then it is not worth the hassle of having to get a title for it.

The last thing you want to do is spend time and money working on a bike that you cannot ride.

Titles are not difficult in Bama, but this CB is less than desirable for a first build, find a SOHC simple tune CB for same money and git to work man!
