Honda CT70 help

Not my cafe racer, but I figured you guys would know enough about vintage motors to give me some help. I just rebuilt the entire motor and carb. The bike fires up perfect and runs fine on the stand. Idles nicely as well. The problem is there is no power when I ride it. First gear works normal, as soon as i shift into second and hit about half throttle it bogs down. It's like there isn't enough power to run with a load. I've tried adjusting the air fuel mixture but it only gets worse. It has new points, condenser, primary coil, ignition coil, spark plug so I don't think it's anything to do with the ignition components. I set the timing and valves according to the shop manual. The troubleshooting section doesn't really narrow anything down. I'm stumped since it runs perfect through all the gears on the stand and the throttle is very responsive. I did put the Honda performance cam in it when I rebuilt it, I don't know if I should set anything different with that. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Here's the plug.

I got a compression tester today, but it's the wrong thread size so I couldn't check it.
