I have a 1980 Honda CB 650 that I'm in the process of turning into a cafe racer. I'd like to replace the airbox with pod filters, and I'm not sure how to find the appropriate main jets to purchase as well. Any advice? Everything on it is currently stock.
If so, you're pretty much out of luck for pods. Your only real solution to run pods would be to replace the carbs with some CR special or other race carbs. These carbs are emissions carbs, and are very sensitive to changes to the stock air box. I had to order a new air box lid from England to get mine to finally run right, as the lid was missing when I got the bike.
Good luck with your build - there are lots of resources on this site!
