Wow, 6 years with that thing?! How often do you weld though? For how long at any given time? I'm concerned about the duty cycle on something so cheap.

well i build large outdoor sculptures on the side for extra cash most of them are very large and require me to build them on site and take 20-30 plus hours as long as u understand what the limits are of the welder itll last a long time hope this helps

Yeah I took two years of welding at a trade school. I am familiar with duty cycle and not exceeding the run time at max amp set by the manufacturer. Just would think something of lesser quality would break down. Hell, keep on keepin' on.

Looks great and gave me some ideas for a seat!!! Just starting my project and I've been all over the place on what to do and this helps a ton.

Awesome stuff, I love seeing other peoples way of doing things.

This is a nice clean way of hiding hardware!

Awesome, this is giving me ideas to use for my 350. One question though: I see you drilled holes through the flat bar in the frame for two of your pins, but what do the other 2 pins go through? seemed to have missed where they slide through in some of your pictures. are you usuing a flat piece or bars underneath to hold the two pins together, under the seat?

Great stuff, I'll be mocking up something real similar to this. Thanks!
