I'll give you $100 for it. Deal? Cool.

Gnarly bike man. Love it.

Edit: All that's stopping that is a rear drum? Man... sketchy. Maybe it's fine I don't know. Kinda freaky to me but I'm a total puss.

Yes sir I am,

I am in Wichita, Ks 67037

Oh and clean open title in hand too

well what i am into it for and what i want are totally two different numbers, call me crazy but i wouldn't mind getting 4000 for it but i want to know what you guys think it is worth realistically. It is almost done it has all the high end electrical, internal twist throttle, a brand new motor, tons of custom hand made parts, and i see it as, as soon as someone finishes it it will jump up 2000 or 3000 dollars plus it is a investment because this thing will always be a collector.

I don't think 4k is completely unreasonable*. What does it still need?

*out of my range, however.

it still need to be wired, a chain, a clutch lever, the front springs need to be cut, a brake light switch, the spokes need to be trued and some things need to be welded (most things are just tacked tacked) plus paint if wanted, the seat need to be upholsters, grips and that about it.

personally, at that price, I think you are giving it away... I think its worth much more even at that stage... Here in Toronto anyways...

worth 7 grand in my book in that condition, in new york city. at least that.

what would i give for it? 4000 tops. i dont like bobs and i dont have the money though :D

but you could easily sell it for 8000 to the right buyer.

you'd get 13+ here in australia, and if it were Deus, 35k.

i love it. can you belated birthday gift it to me? :)

Well I guess we will see, where do you think are some good places to advertise it?

And it is my birthday present to myself for the 23 of oct

I think you'd be better off finishing it (if you can do it yourself without sinking tons more $$$ into it) and then sell it complete and running. Right now it's a lot of leftover $ to someone who doesn't do the work themselves (sounds like over $1K at least in labor left) and the unfinished unrunning nature of it will scare most people off who have the money to buy.

For us it's a project and yeah, is prob easily $3K in value so long as the work has been done right. Always a mystery buying a bike someone else has started.

I am kind of with Tim on this one. The bike is a beaut, and the craftsmanship looks first rate. But it is not done. That makes it worth what a beautiful not-done bike is worth. I also think you would be better to get it to some semblance of finished before trying to sell it if you want to get what it is worth...

You might try listing it on the jockey journal, I notice you can buy a complete working bike for around 3K. Good luck

7 or 8k is way over estimated. Maybe some dolt in NYC will pay that much, but nowhere else (excluding Australia apparently.) Really while it's a classic, it won't fetch that much even running. You will get lucky if you can get 5k for it. If you don't have a shop with a known name, or being a known builder you won't generate extra cash over stock. Look for prices of your bike stock and then subtract a couple bucks for reality, then add a few hundred for the possibility. Meaning, it's tough to find a buyer for a customized bike if it was your personal ride willing to pay a lot since modified items are looked at as defiled. It's the luck of the draw if you built something that someone else has envisioned for themselves.
