You can use a combination of heat and cold (cold on the bushing, heat on the swingarm) and try to hammer them out. I think a press, if you have access to one, might be a better option though.

I gave up. Just dropped them off at cafe fabrications to be pressed out professionally.

Sometimes that's the right call. Cheaper than a new frame.
