Been Around the Block
Hey everyone,
I know the 'right' answer to this question is 'don't be stupid buy wider tires, or thinner rims' but I thought I would throw it out there and see if anyway has any other solutions to my concern.
Tire fits on rim but 'shoulder' of rim is slightly wider that tire.
Rim width. ~60mm Yes I know I am holding the caliper a little crooked. You get the idea. Inside lip of rim to opposite lip is 43mm.
Tire width. ~51mm.
Appreciate the advice. I got the tires cheap, so I am most likely to just buy wider tires instead of new rims but thought I'd ask if anyone has any experience with very thin tires.
Many thanks,
