How to attach linkages to rear sets?

Been Around the Block
I've got a set of Loaded Gun rear sets and the linkages kit from Dime City. What is the best way of fastening them together? I'm thinking running a bolt through is probably a bad idea?

A bolt with a lock washer?
That's how I did it. Works fine

Solid pin with E-clips/split-rings snapped into the grooves near the end, like they would come with from the factory? Just measure it and head down to Lowes and buy a double groove pin the right diameter and length and put it in there.

I went to a bunch of places yesterday and couldn't find any place that sold double grooved pins. I even went to a place called Threads of Georgia, and all they sell is fastners, and they didn't even sell them. But they sold me some bolts with a long threadless shoulder and some nylon insert lock nuts that will work for now. I just found out that Grainger sells what I need. They call them "Clevis Pin, Grooved, With Two Rings." I'm going to try them tomorrow when I go out for my wheel chock and paddock stand.

I'm actually still spinning my wheels on this issue. I couldn't find any grooved clevis pins that would fit properly. For the way I have it set up, a custom turned grooved pin would be the best way to fasten them. For now, I'm using bolts and nuts.
