How to replace indicator bulb cb360

Hey guys, My neutral and high beam indicator lights dont work and I was hoping it was maybe just an original bulb that was out. How in the hell do I get in there?

Should be two screws on the bottom side, under the neutral indicator.

I got that far but it seems the plastic body won't open. Should I just use force?

GENTLY try twisting it like opening an already cracked egg. There's a rubber gasket between the two halves that's probably holding it together.

those gaskets harden and stick...so be careful, as Redbird stated..
