Bad experience... Ordered shocks 6 weeks ago... called after 2.5 weeks and was told to call back. Called at 4 weeks, and they said i should've had them, and they'd get back to me. I've been calling since then and got message machine with un-returned calls. called today, and they still don't have my shocks in, and all they say is I should have them "soon".

That's BS. Unless they are backordered they should know where they are until they ship them. Personally, I'd call every hour or 2 until they fessed up or demand my money back.

Sorry it took so long to follow up. They did eventually get me my shocks, but took a while.
