I lost a FF side collar on my CB200! Help!

So I accidentally left a side collar on my front wheel when I sent it out to get the tires changed. I put it all back together without even noticing (too excited to ride) and rode it 7 miles without noticing that it was missing (thought the bounce was fork oil)

So if anyone knows what size specs the FF Side collar on a 75 CB200 is, or where I can get a replacement, I would buy you a beer.
